Billing & Cancellation Policy
Effective August 1, 2026
Monthly subscription
Cinder Spur for Detailers costs $65 USD per month plus applicable taxes. There is no free trial. The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled, and the checkout shows the price and renewal terms before the account owner authorizes payment.
Cancellation
The account owner may cancel at any time through the available billing method or by emailing support@cinderspur.com from the purchase address. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. A timely cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access ordinarily continues until the paid-through date.
No refunds
Payments are non-refundable and Cinder Spur does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, partial months, account inactivity, or a cancellation made after a renewal charge. This policy does not limit any non-waivable right or remedy required by applicable law.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
Suspected duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorized charges, or payment-processing errors should be reported promptly. Cinder Spur will investigate and correct verified billing errors. The account owner should not email full card numbers, bank information, passwords, or customer records.
Access and export
Before the paid period ends, the account owner should download needed workspace exports and eligible photo files. A cancellation stops future renewal; a separate verified request is required to erase the workspace.
Optional add-ons
No storage, location, SMS, AI, white-label, or premium-support overage is charged automatically. Any optional add-on requires a separate price disclosure and the account owner's affirmative approval before billing.
Billing help
Email support@cinderspur.com from the purchase address with the approximate charge date and a description of the issue. Do not include payment-card or bank-account numbers.
