Our approach
Cinder Spur Systems collects only the information needed to provide Cinder Spur for Detailers, protect customer workspaces, process purchases, respond to support requests, and improve product reliability.
Information we handle
Account identity, business profile information, subscription and entitlement information, support correspondence, usage and security events, and the operational records a business chooses to enter may be processed. Payment card details are handled by the checkout provider and are not stored by Cinder Spur Systems.
Business records
Cinder Spur for Detailers records remain associated with the customer workspace. Export and backup tools are included with the product. Cinder Spur Systems does not sell customer or detailing-business data.
Storage measurement
Job-photo file sizes and object counts are measured to display and enforce the included 25 GB storage allowance, maintain reliability, and prevent unapproved overage charges. Storage measurement does not change ownership of the underlying business records.
Service providers
Infrastructure, storage, authentication, checkout, and email providers may process limited information necessary to deliver the service. They are used as processors, not as owners of customer records.
Retention and deletion
Records are retained while an account is active and as reasonably required for security, recovery, billing, or legal obligations. Account owners may request export and deletion through the support process.
Security
Cinder Spur Systems uses authenticated workspace separation, restricted customer-portal links, recovery controls, and owner-reviewed permissions. No online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
Account owners can correct business profile information, export operational records, manage approved users, revoke customer access, and request account closure or deletion. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained when reasonably required.
