One connected workspaceEverything lives where you expect it.

Move between customers, leads, appointments, Job Mode, reminders, pricing, quotes, invoices, payments, and expenses from the same workspace.

Built for the next decisionYour next move is already waiting.

The owner action center surfaces follow-up, schedule, and money tasks so the system helps carry the day instead of adding another place to check.

What it handles

Built around the whole operating day.

This is not a generic contact list with a detailing label. The workflows follow the work from prospect to appointment, vehicle delivery, payment, recovery, and the next customer touch.

01

Customers and sales

Customer history, leads, quotes, reminders, and stable business-scoped records.

02

Schedule and delivery

Appointments, mobile-friendly Job Mode, inspection notes, quality checks, and photo evidence.

03

Money and pricing

Invoices, payments, expenses, price books, margin guidance, and owner-controlled payment options.

04

Control and recovery

Team roles, license controls, imports, exports, recovery points, and complete workspace erasure.

One clear monthly price

The whole product. No feature ladder.

Every customer receives the complete operating workspace for $65 per month. The secure checkout shows the price, renewal, cancellation, and billing terms again before payment.

No free trial or surprise conversionOwner-controlled exportsHuman setup assistanceNo card data stored by Cinder Spur

The $65 subscription includes one location and 25 GB of job-photo storage. Additional locations, storage, SMS, AI usage, white-labeling, or premium support may be offered later as optional add-ons only after you approve the price. Cinder Spur does not apply automatic overage charges.

From purchase to first job

A human setup path, not a receipt and a login.

We verify the purchasing owner, provision a private workspace with complete product access, and give the owner a short setup path before real customer records are entered.

01

Purchase securely

Checkout handles the payment. Cinder Spur does not store card numbers.

02

Verify the owner

The purchase identity and approved sign-in identity are matched before access is granted.

03

Provision privately

The owner receives a separate business workspace with complete product access and server-enforced permissions.

04

Set up the real business

Complete the business profile, price book, payment options, export, and first workflow check.

A clear product promise

Strong enough to work. Close enough to improve with care.

Customers receive the current complete product, direct setup help, owner-controlled exports, and careful issue review. The product will keep improving, but customer records and access are treated as operating responsibilities—not experiments.
